Do windows 7 support windows vista drivers?

Do windows 7 support windows vista drivers? im asking this because i've got geforce fx 5200 and there is no windows 7 drivers for it. I found on google, that windows 7 supports vista's drivers fine.

And google is correct once again. Just use the compatibility mode of the driver and you will be just fine.
