Do you happen to know a good tool for making Theme sounds ?

I been making my own Theme Scheme's and such even Designed a few folders for screen saver

I just want to make the theme have it's own sound appeal but a good program that will get it done with little to no Headache

This can be done in the Personalization window.
Go to Sounds, select the sound you want to change, click Browse, then select the sound you want to play. Save the theme after all the sounds have been modified.
