They may be left over from something you has connected in the past. Download CCleaner, link in my sig, and run the Registry cleaner, reboot and see if they go away.

These look to be old Drivers .. Go with Garys suggestion if you want to delete them

Hi there ... It might be the case that you can not delete them in the Device Manager .. If they are not bothering you just leave them alone
