Document folder issue

in my music folder, somehow everything in my documents got merged into my music folder . when i check the item's location, it shows it being in the 'documents' folder. if i try deleting the stuff in the music folder that belongs in the documents, it will also delete from my documents

how do i fix this ?

It sounds like you included either the document folder into your music folder or visa-versa.
