Lenovo owns the IBM Personal computer line and any accessories. I found the driver but it is 1.12. ThinkPad USB Keyboard With TrackPoint - Overview - Lenovo Support US Any particular reason for using the older driver?
Based upon their naming convention as mentioned for a previous version I was able to get this link to work. https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/options/tpusbkybdwtrackpoint_107.exe I can't guarantee that it's what you need.
I plugged that into their current URL and changed the 110 to 107. The installer looks like this.
If that's not what you need I suggest you try their support forum. English Community-Lenovo Community

I tried the install & you need to use the compatability option, just install then when it asks reinstall using compatability
