I had a program on Windows XP that I used every time that I tried to close an application or to safely remove my external HD, when an error message appeared that said that some process is still running and I need to close it first... you all know how annoying this is. With this program I could "kill" this process and close the application.

I remember this program had an icon of a magic wand and I just CAN'T remember it's name. Even a search in Google didn't help. I'm not feeling the smartest guy right now...

Anybody knows this program? TIA

I have honestly never had an issue with anything locking up I couldn't just kill in task manager in win 7 like I did with xp in the past.

However, I'm fairly sure the program you are talking about is called unlocker

It did have (especially 64bit). From a fella who uses it, and was lost without it, now working A.O.K this end after latest update.
