This is not for windows 7, this was around before build 6801 and it was for XP or Vista and personally I think it looks pretty stupid.

No, I don't think there are any transformation packs or Vista themes for 7 that work as of yet.

That dock is actually called circle dock and has nothing to do with win7, though it was used in many "fake" pics before the pre-beta's.. you can download it on source forge, it does work in 7 but also xp/vista.

Im very sure that shot is win xp...
