I just noticed the file name 'JET3E47.tmp' today in the 'C:\Users\my computer name\AppData\Local\Temp' folder. Check your computers to see if it is there? If so are you using Avira Antivirus Pro? Thanks!
I have not installed any new software for quite some time.

Use Unlocker to see what app might have that tmp file in use. If Unlocker shows "No Locking handle found.", then I'm not sure how to figure out what app created the file. If Unlocker shows one or more locking apps, do not delete the file via Unlocker.


Maybe you can upload it to Virus Total.

Unlocker shows:

MsoSync.exe thepathto \local\temp

processpath is c:\program files\microsoft office 15\root\office 15\MsoSync.exe

I always view and keep my temp folder clean, but have never seen this file before!

Might be solved: it is Microsoft Office document uploader program. Had to rename the exe's.
I cannot find the actual service, only the process.

Will report in a day or so as to whether this irritating piece of software is gone.
