Does Hibernating XPM Cause Damage?

My XPM has been in hibernation for a while now and don't use it on regular basis. Does leaving it to hibernate for a very long time cause damage to the system performance? Thanks

It won't. Hibernated vms only take some disk spaces to store the physical memory of the vm. No impact for host performance.
