I posted this elsewhere in a discussion on Win7 software, but receiving no replies I thought I'd try it as a separate thread.

I switched from FP3 to EW4 but can't easily make a marquee (moving headline) on my Windows 7 Machine. (Yes, I know that MS is letting EW wither away.)

With FP3, I used add-in J-Bots and loved its easy menus and dialog boxes. I understand that J-Moves is the replacement for J-Bots, but the phone number for Webs Unlimited (author of J-Bots and J-Moves) now answers in a language I can't fathom.

Does anyone know:

  1. how to easily make a marquee in EW4? I'm not a code guy.
  2. whether the old J-Bots will work in EW4 as it did in FP3?
  3. whether J-Moves is any good?
  4. if Webs Unlimited is still in business and how to contact them (email from their site gets no answer)?
All suggestions will be gratefully received. Thank you.
