Solved Does Jade Empire Sp.Ed. run on Intel G33?

Can Jade Empire Special Edition run on a Core2Duo+onboard Intel G33 pc? My friend has such a config. and he wants to know before he gets the game.

Yes. Shouldn't be a problem at all. Jade Empire SE was released in 2007 and is a port of an Xbox game from 2005. It's old enough that even an integrated GPU should run the game at max settings with no difficulty. The G33 chipset isn't great [actually, it's kind of crap], but has more than enough power to handle Jade Empire SE.

Jade Empire recommends a Geforce 6500 and a 2.0 ghz Pentium 4 single core GPU. The G33 easily outstrips the performance of the 6500 and even the lowest end 1.8 ghz Core2Duo should easily handle the CPU load as well.
