eVGA requires a 300W PSU that has at least 16A available at +12V. On the other hand, they also claim that the card draws only 29W. Your CPU is rated at 65W. Assuming that eVGA was providing enough margin for a 125W CPU...

The 300w power supply is minimum recommend power supply. I do not recommend using a power supply under minimum. Something in the 400W range in a quality power supply like a Corsair or Seasonic would be my choice. The reason is because it will also give you room to grow if you ever want to upgrade some more and power supply that is more than minimum won't have to work very hard to meet your computer needs. Their for less heat and noise. Less heat means computer components last longer.
