We have been using Outlook 2007 since it was introduced.
On two or three occasions, it has become 'full' and we needed to archive or delete Email.
Not fully understanding what's happening, I'm hoping that Outlook 10 provides greater capacity.

Again, I am unsure of the vocabulary I am using but in a Novices terms:
We ran out of space again and Office 7 will not receive or send Email.
I'd rather not delete Email, I'd like to expand the storage space Office 7 uses.

We do have an unused copy of Office 10 that has never been opened or installed.
If going to Office 10 will correct this situation, I'll do it.
Can anyone off any help?
