Hmmm.. good question.. I see same thing in features as you do.. maybe the site would have more information. Your browser can keep a history for you .. tho..

It looks to me that it only has the capability to record websites accessed by computers controlled by the Parental Controls. Computers that aren't controlled by the parental controls would not have their browsing history recorded by the router.
