Windows Seven comes with a ton of drivers for a lot of different hardware. Some are generic drivers that the hardware would be better served by going directly to the manufaturers site for updated drivers and others are fine. You can run the windows upgrade advisory tool to find out ahead of time if your going to run into any issues.
