doesnt load windows 7

my laptop doesnt load .
after the stating windows logo the blue loading circle keeps on rotating and notting happens.
i recently happened to have another problem of error xc0000225 so i repaired my computer with the windows disc as said and after wards this happened please help.....
tried loading in safe mode but no progress...

EDIT : after around one hour the blue screen with windows 7 home premium logo(only) and without nothing else loaded..
afterward it turned to black screen with just the cursor..

Is your laptop new? Anything happened before the blue screen appeared?
