I've been waiting for a long time for a good 3TB drive at a decent price, and I Finally found one (I got the last refurbished one, which was $120).
Problem is, I forgot to get a SATA cable
Amazon says it would take two weeks to ship the cable by itself, and I have no intention of driving down to the boarder to pay $5 for holding and $20 for gas to pick up a $1 cable. Local stores all have the exact same cable listed at $16 or more  I finally found one at monoprice which will be shipped straight to my house for a total of $4. It may show up at the same time as my new drive, or it may take another week. That's OK, as I can just disconnect my optical drive in the time being.
