Don't see printer listed Add Printer Wizard

Im trying to share(In a home network) USB HP Laser Jet 1102 LAN with everyone.

when i try to add printer from Add Printer option don't see printer listed in the Add Printer Wizard.

accessing computer with admin right(\\weighbridge\C$) printer pops up in add printer wizard. Disabling Protected file sharing works flawlessly, but not able to access \\weighbridge\C$.


Do i need admin rights everytime to take print out and add printer.

Settings done till now.

1. Protected file sharing enabled.
2. Unchecked Use sharing wizard.
3. Sharing enabled from printer properties.
4. Windows7 64bit Ultimate all 5 Home PC.

Yes everything installed no need to install driver and reading manual. just unable to share printer easy way.

is printer 'network' shared? or just installed on one machine?

IF just installed on one machine--machine must be on, printer must be on--file and printer sharing must be turned on on all machines--which requires admin rights on all machines

Whatever you said above already done.

Printer sharing Checked.
Printer On.
Machine On which printer installed to be shared.
All Machines printer sharing All turned checked.

Still don't see printer listed in the Add Printer Wizard if i enable Password Protected file checked.
If i Disable Password Protected file sharing i see printer Add printer Wizard.

so--it seems that you need to Disable Password Protected file sharing

after disabling Password Protected file sharing im not able to access \\machine1\C$

But machine2 two printers installed and shared with everyone HP LaserJet. Enabled Password Protected file sharing i can add printer and take print outs but same machine2 second printer i need to disable Password Protected file sharing
