No it doesn't do this for me as well as some others! I can't believe that you have participated in this topic for so long and you still have not comprehended this yet. I've already said that no one doubts or disagrees with what the intended purpose of the two different focus overlays are for. I'm saying that for me, when the dotted box is triggered, and yes I know how and why it does it, it remains this way.The dotted box will remain as the object of focus regardless of keyboard or mouse or pointer or application or whatever. The fancy white square is gone until the system is re-booted.If you press an arrow key it WILL turn back into the fancy white square you want on the next icon over.
I'm also not disputing the fact that it works normally and as advertised for you Tater. It just doesn't work as it should for me.
