dotted or bloocked screen picture on win7 & 64x

hi i just bought a new laptop and when i browsing internet with high speed mode i foud a little bit annoying problems. my screen change looks like a barcode / dotted as in picture i attached. any solution? i already scan with updated anti virus but no virus detected. thank you for help.

Looks like you've got a graphics problem.

As it's a new computer I'd be inclined to take it back for replacement or repair while it's under warranty.
