1 - download + install VM Player
2 - download Windows 10 preview iso from Microsoft
3 - create new VM using iso above, install as if Windows 8
no need to make a DVD - just use the iso. More info at ten forums (link at bottom of this page)
You need to have enough RAM, since you are basically running 2 operating systems on one machine.
