Download windows 7

I bought Windows 7 Professional from E-Bay and they sent me a download address and the key for 32 & 64.
On my HP Pavilion computer front it says AMD 64 so I only downloaded the 64 version, but I need the 32 version. Where could I go to download the 32 bit version. I did not use my key as the computer would not except the install.

I would be very careful with ebay. We have seen times when the 64bit and 32bit were sold to two different ppl. Download is also a problem. You are going to have to go to them

Paypal has your back on eBay purchases now. Hope you used them.

Go back to the download site and download 32 bit.

You say the computer will not accept 64 bit? What is the exact error message?

If you have 64 bit processor, ran the Windows 7 compatibility wizard and it says you can run it, then it should able to be made to install.
