I am new to this group & I am not sure if this is the correct forum. However when I download a program it goes quickly until it gets to about 95% then the message 'just a few more seconds', but it almost never completes the download. It is the same if I am using Firefox or Chrome as my browser, on my 'old' PC using XP this does not occur.
I am on cable broadband Virgin, OS Windows 7 ultimate.
