Downloading Windows ISO

I'm thinking it's time to start fresh and remembered hearing that a Win 7 iso is available that has the latest updates baked in (guess I'd use GWX to unbake the win 10 junk).

My win 7 is a retail version bought many moons ago. I went to :

Access Denied

and entered my number from a few different machines, but got the "experienced problems with you request" message. I guess the server is down?

So I guess what I really want to know is does this site offer an all-update inclusive iso at theis link (or at all?)

They are the latest isos, 2011. No updates included. They are SP1.

Hi,
Yep if you want a updated iso you's have to start with one with sp1 and mount you other update rollups in it yourself.
SIW2 can help with that

Thanks, y'all. I already have sp1 slipstreamed, and I don't install enough to slipstream the latest updates in, as I'd just have to do it again by the time I needed to again. Guess I'll just use wsus.

Thanks for that pointer. I forgot about the update hang issues, so it makes good sense to slipstream an iso that will install beyond that point. I printed the linked instructions to pdf. You mention 'better' instructions. If you can find a link to those, I'd appreciate that also.

Hi,
There is a difference but there are only 2 updates quoted there to install KB3020369 & KB3125574
It helps if you also add KB3172605 3rd to get the update system functioning properly.

If you want the Security Quality Rollup (which includes everything), then it's here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3185330 these will eventually be cumulative sometime in 2017.

If you want the Security-only update then that's from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3192391 this won't be cumulative.
