Hi guys,
I was trying to find some solution to my problem, but no success so far.

When i try to install Dragon Age Origins, after few minutes system just hangs and I have to do hard reboot, nothing else can help it.
Does anybody knows what may be the problem?
Every other game can be installed.

Thanks

Hi ubicatigrova,

The only things that come to mind are perhaps your game disc is scratched, or you are running too many other processes simultaneously with the installation. Are either of those possible? Sorry I can't be of more help...

I agree with Walker,

It's not a Windows 7 problem as far as compatibility; I have it installed and functioning on W7 Ult x64 just fine. check to make sure the disk and/or DVD/CD reader/writer isn't bad.

I would also add to check that your anti-virus program (if you have one) isn't interfering with installation.

Thanks guys for you answers, but I have managed to circumvent this problem like this:

I have windows 7 and XP on my computer, and I have installed on my XP and then, I can play either from XP or from Win 7. It appears that it doesn't need any registry entries for this game.
