Microsoft office has to be run in compatibility mode in Windows 7, which you may have to do as an Administrator. Right click on it and troubleshoot problems, and it will probably then run in compatibility mode for XP, service pack 2. Mine does, and I work in MSWord every day, and Excel sometimes.
The Dragon 10.1 upload is available from Nuance website, but you must input your serial number to download it. Then the problem goes away- However, the download takes ages!
