This has only started happening recently, on games such as AssaulCube Reloaded, or Minecraft, or even CS 1.6
With minecraft I usually get 70-130 FPS when not recording, but then when I start recording with Fraps, it drops to 8-10 FPS.
With AC Reloaded I usually get 90-140 FPS, but then when I record with Fraps I get 10-17FPS, same kind of thing with Counter Strike.
It seems to happen for no specific reason, even when I am in the most enclosed and least laggy parts of the game it's completely unplayable.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this ?
