Drawing program for creating boxes, lines and text?

I want to create a map of my LAN and computers, etc and need a simple drawing app to create boxes, connecting lines and text. I've had Photoshop for years but it's too complex for this simple job, plus I'm not good at using it. I've sometimes used MS Word, which isn't too bad, but I'm wondering if there's something better suited to this task.
Any ideas? From personal experience?

Visio might if you have a copy. Other doing a google search Diagram Drawing Software I found an online website Flowchart Maker & Online Diagram Software maybe this Flowchart Maker & Online Diagram Software. I even found an article The best flowchart software and diagram tools in 2025 | Zapier I have nothing from personal experience though.
