DreamScene for Win7?

Is there a way to get my custom Dreamscene video background to work in Win7 or no?

would like the same functionality as they did in vista.

But i dont get it,
I have done this in build 7100
and it uses a video as wallpaper, but the font in the icons is unreadable.

There is a temporary fix Here that might be worth a try. In my case I very rarely turn my machine off
