DreamWeaver failing to install "installer failed to initialize"

I've tried restarting, using the Adobe Cleaner thingy, but nothing seems to be working! I just can't install DreamWeaver because I keep getting the same message: "installer failed to initialize" HELP!!

That's really vague and doesn't help.

However, installing Adobe Software Manager did help. And I had to find that out on my own, unfortunately.

Stupid Adobe NOT checking for this problem AND telling the user what's wrong.
