Driver for SONY VGX-TP3S/B AverMedia Hybrid M115S Win7 x32?

Hi All, i am searching for the latest Driver for AVerMedia Hybrid H/W MPEG Card, M115S (DVBT/NTSC/PAL/SECAM) and Win7 32Bit. I cant find it and Media Center dont find any TV Programm. Can anybody help me?

I write to AverMedia, but they dont answer ... can nobody help me? I need the Driver for Win10 32 Bit because i upgrade, but the same Problem. TV Card ist correctly installed in the Device Manager but the Tuner dont find any Programms "Live TV".
