Driver for Syntek dc-112x Webcam

Hello all!

This is a fairly old webcam that supports up to Windows XP only.

Download Syntek DC-112X 1.0.0.1 - Syntek DC-112X

I've been searching around for days now to try and find some kind of "hacked" version of this driver so that I'm able to run it with my Windows 7 64-bit. Can someone kindly help me with this?

Hi shaolinmilk, as you rightly stated it is an old webcam, here is a better download link ParetoLogic DriverCure the only option you have to run these drivers is in compatibility mode http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html even this is'nt gauranteed to work in 64bit

Yeah I just tried that and it doesn't work unfortunately.

Unfortunately, there are not 64-bit drivers available for the specific webcam from online search. If you can find 64-bit drivers for the webcam even if it's for Windows XP, someone who knows how to mod drivers can mod the driver to be signed and possible get it working/compatible with Windows 7/Vista 64-bit. But without 64-bit drivers, there's little to almost no chance you'll get 32-bit drivers to work with a 64-bit OS.
