I reinstalled CCC 13.4 after using Driver Fusion premium in safe mode and when I logged in, a cmd window came up and error message saying "windows cannot find iexplore.exe". I don't have a screenshot of the cmd window but it said something like "start iexplore.exe "support.amd.com.."". I assume it just tried open a website welcome message like most software does after you install it but now I don't have internet explorer. Should I be concerned?

Do you have a System Restore point dated earlier than when you used Driver Fusion?

I do, and I checked it's logs and there are no mentions of iexplore.exe. After some searching, I found out I don't even have Internet Explorer enabled in "Turn Windows features on or off". Why did it try to open it though?

Maybe Driver Fusion tried to access the net to install CCC components and looked for IE as the default browser?

I'll try reinstalling the same way and take a screenshot of the cmd window error later.

I reproduced it after reinstalling the drivers. I wasn't able to start up any screen shot tool so I had to take a picture with my bad camera. It looks like "start iexplore.exe "https://secure.amd.com/d1?VID1=1002&DID1=6798&PID1=AMD%20Radeon%20Graphics%20Processor&SSVID1=1458&SSID1=2261"". It goes to a log in page. Any idea what that is for?

Without being able to sign in it's nigh on impossible to say, but it looks like it's AMD's page for registered products. Did you register any of your AMD hardware?

Question why do you need Driver Fusion if your not running a APU CPU and Integrated graphics ?

You run a I5 3570K and a HD7970 Driver fusion is not needed it will not boost any performance

Honestly you should use driver sweeper wipe all ATI drivers delete folders and re install that is the only way it will come back

Have to delete the root AMD folder with Driver Fusion and do a sweep of the old drivers and restart should allow you to reinstall but again it has no benefits for your set up

Driver Fusion is supposed to boost your performance? It's just a new version of Driver Sweeper. I only use it to remove drivers for re-installation.
