While I work on comp,sometimes I got this message,and the screen is flashing for a moment. What's this? Is driver out of date,or?

That is your graphics driver. Go to the website of your graphics card and update.

or
Not as good, go to device manager (type that in search) and look for the graphics driver (Nvidia) and update using that method.

Microsoft says the same thing that I have said its the Graphics Driver
They go on to say that you should try to update from the automatic updater.

Did you try re-installing the drivers? If yes, did you use Driver sweeper?
