Hi, welcome to the forums :)

If you download CPUZ it may be able to give more details about your chipset. What is the make & model of your machine?

I should tell you that when i Installed windows 7 i no longer had to install the drivers for my motherboard cause when i checked the device manager it only already showed the " Coprocessor" as the other device
I have an EMX-MCP61D3-iCafe motherboard for now im just using the built-in graphics chipsets showing as Nvidia Geforce 7025

hope this helps

This will do as well as any for the specs on that motherboard,

EMX-MCP61D3-iCafe AM3 NV GF6150SE 256MB support

What you need is this,

NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.49 WHQL

Do a custom install and do not install the following,

Network Management Tools (v73.16) "Sedona"
RAIDTOOL Application (v11.1.0.30)
GPU Driver (v190.38) WHQL
Physx (v9.09.0428)

That will sort any missing chipset drivers. For the onboard video (based on the specs of that motherboard is being mis-identified) you can use the one in the above or go with a slightly newer version. It is supported in the latest Nvidia video driver but I would tend to go with one a bit older, something like this one,

NVIDIA DRIVERS 197.45 WHQL

Thank you very much Stormy i had tried installing the " NVIDIA DRIVERS 197.45 WHQL " that u had suggested but it seems that the coprocessor is still there.
When i installed the driver thought it had not given me the option do a custom install

I had tried to go to the Nvidia website itself to install the latest one it had listed on their site but to no avail :( -- probably the reason why it had not asked me to do the customer install if it saw the drivers as the current ones

From the hardware IDs you posted, the device is "NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller".

You can use this site: PCI Vendor and Device Lists.

To use this site: you can use one of two pieces of information from a hardware id. I'll use yours for example "CI\VEN_10DE&DEV_03F4&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_A2"

Where it says "VEN_10DE", this tells you what the vendor (manufacturer) of the device is and "DEV_03F4" tells you what particular device is. Most hardware IDs follow this format and usually you want the number following Dev_ and input that in the Device Id box on that website I linked.

The site doesn't help supply a driver but at the very least will pinpoint what you need to search for. In most cases you should able to google the device and find the driver (usually from either the manufacturer or reputable forum).

Quick google and a link to nvidia forums (nVidia nForce system management controller - NVIDIA Forums), seems the device is linked to network drivers.

Quick look at nvidia's site points to 15.49 that some have already linked: NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.49 WHQL

A poster in that nvidia forum said this driver worked him NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com you could try that.
