Driver installation in chinese...please help

Hi, I'm running windows 7 ultimate x64 on a maximus formula special edition mobo. the motherboard comes with a Supreme fx II audio card that is compatible with windows 7. the problem i have is that after downloading the audio driver from asus website, the installation wizard is in a different language (Chinese i guess). I've already contacted asus and they give me a link for a new file and the installation came up just the same. I thought it was just that audio driver that was giving the problem so I went and buy a cheap audio card (sabrent USB 7.1 Audio Card) and the installation wizard for this card turn out the same. so I'm guessing it has something to do with the settings in windows 7. I've already done the regional and language option and nothing change.
What can I do to fix this problem?
