Hi All,

I first experienced this BSOD error around 5 months ago. My computer got infected, I believe, around the same time but I am not sure whether the BSOD is related to this. I have since completed a clean install of Windows 7 HP x64 but the BSOD problem persists. The 'Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal' blue screen is the most common error I have encountered but there has been some other intermittent errors, I do not remember which.

I have attached the relevant debug files to my post in the hope that someone can help identify the cause of this error.

I am unsure how much information to include in this post so please get in contact and I will provide further information.

Thanks,
Ryann

Your Anti virus (bitdefender) appears to be causing issues, please remove it, install Microsoft Security Essentials and malwarebytes instead.

Is there anything else that might be causing the problem? I only installed Bitdefender in response to the first few occurrences of this BSOD as I thought it had been caused by a virus.
