Hey guys,

A friend of mine is having his laptop crash a lot with that message. I've had him send me the minidumps and also the SF files, here they are.

Could you please tell me what causes this? I've searched and I saw that it is caused by a driver and can be fixed with a simple update, but I dont know which one.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the very quick response. I am confused though. I ran DuplexSecure and the Install button is not greyed out, the uninstall button is. But then you say to click the install, and NOT to click the install. Did you mean if the uninstall button is greyed out then I'm done? And not to click the install?

No problem I got what you were saying.

My friend doesn't have a TinyTower tuner. Is there a way to simply remove the AF15BDA.sys driver since I don't know which driver to install out of that list?

Thanks.

go to C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\AF15BDA.sys you may need to enable vewing hidden files and folders ot get ther, and it may give you a prompt when you try to delete it if there is a prompt simply click yes or allow I am not sure which one it will be. If you have any further questions or problems feel free to post back here.

Hello Dsprague, my friend's computer is still crashing. I don't think there was a BSOD because when he came back the computer was already restarted. I guess he might've missed the BSOD. Here is the new dump file. Could it have anything to do with uTorrent?

Again, thanks in advance!

This new dump is pointing to a networking core component as the problem:
