Driver State Power Failure BSoD

Hello, I seem to be having a bit of a problem with Windows 7. The computer seems to crash whenever Im using it. It's not limited to specific tasks... it crashes whenever it wants. When it does happen, i'll get a 0x9f error.
Not really sure what info to include but here's what I know the computer has:

Model: Sony Vaio AR250G
HDD: 180GB SATA drive (I think)
RAM: 2GB
Processor: Intel Centrino Duo
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Ive attached some dump files too, I hear that they are useful.

Any help is really appreaciated.

It appears as if your webcam drivers are causing the issue. Please uninstall them and install the latest version.

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
