DRIVER_IRQL and BSOD and random screen freezes

First follow usasma's advice and try to get that driver removed, that is more likely to help your system run stable.

After you get the drivers corrected and if your system is not stable, then we can look at the RAM settings.
Did you run memtest or memtest86+? They are two different programs.

On your motherboard's BIOS the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) voltage is 'CPU NB VID Control', change this to 'Manual' and you should see a number, post it after the drivers are corrected.
Also post the CPUZ SPD tab for slot #2, slot #1 is empty.

Have you tried using Driver Sweeper after uninstalling the AMD Graphics driver?

Go to add and remove programs and use the ATI Catalyst Install Manager to do a complete uninstall of all its resources.
Do not reboot.
Download Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (Setup) download from Guru3D.com and install it.
Reboot in Safe Mode and run Driver Sweeper. Select "ATI Display" box and click "analyze. " Then in "clean". Reboot normally and try to install the latest version of the AMD Catalyst.

Right now I'm concentrating on trying to get rid of the AOD Driver. Once that's done we can see if the system is stable, and we'll move on if it's not.

Please use the ATI uninstall manager to remove the AMD VISION Engine Control Center
(it's odd that it installed for you - it didn't install for me on my system when I tried it).

I swept the drivers each time before I reinstalled them, I ran original memtest and mdsched, and for osme reason, under each SPD tab in CPUZ is blank, and I have NO idea why.

Check your BIOS to see if the RAM is recognized there.

It is best to continue with usasma's help with your drivers.

I'll keep checking this thread and we can look at the RAM after the drivers are taken care of.
