hi golden and ty for the fast reply,
as you may know asus p5qc is an old motherboard with onboard network card on it.
and this is the latest driver update for this motherboard i downloded from the asus website for my atheros .
can i update it with latest drivers from https://www.atheros.cz/ ?
does it matter if its onboard or not ?
do the motherboards have special drivers for their onboard network cards?
or i can use latest driver for my old motherboard network adaptor?

It doesn't matter that its onboard. Create a System Restore Point, then locate a more up-to-date driver at the .cz site, and install that.

If there is no updated driver, than unfortunately the only choice you have is to upgrade your networking device - there is nothing we can do any further regarding the driver.

it's an onboard network card on my MB.how can i upgrade it?
you mean i buy a new MB?
does it work if i buy a new dedicated network adapter? then uninstall the onboard device and disable it ?
i mean do i still get BSOD of the old network device which is uninstalled and disabled?
