Windows 7 is. . .
- x64
- Not the original OS (had vista-64)
- It was one of the discs mailed to you when you bought a qualifying vista system.


- The system is about a year old.
- The OS is...several months old. I don't remember the exact date of installation.

The crash seems to occur at random. They just started happening multiple times today, though I've seen em before. Can you help me?

Edit: I tried running the perfom /report, and it said there was an error both times I tried.

Systeminfo shows your Intel 5300 wifi to be active and it needs a driver update as most of the dumps named Microsoft networking driver netio.sys as the probable cause -

Thank you so much! I will update/remove all of these things, and hopefully the BSOD will be gone for good =)

I appreciate the help very much. I did not want to have to attempt another Windows Re-Install as I always have before when I got the BSOD...

All the updates seem to have gone well *nods* And no more blue screens as of yet. Even better, my graphics drivers and bluetooth drivers work properly now =)
