DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE When Gaming/Benchmarking Graphics Cards....

I am getting this problem only when stress test my Graphics Cards to test the temps or Gaming only,

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

The OS is freshly installed and the build is brand new (2 weeks ago), I have checked all drivers are signed using windows tool signverif.exe and got latest nVidia drivers, note that I got 2x GTX 970 running on SLI and plenty or power supplied to the cards !

I ran the: dm log collector

and this was the result (attached)...

please any help is greatly appreciated, I just had this s*itty problem again now, i want to know is something wrong with the VGA or could it be fixed simply ?
