if you're on a lenovo system, they have an update program you can run

Lenovo System Update : Update Drivers, BIOS, and Applications - Think, Lenovo laptops and desktops

it won't update your non-lenovo devices, however Windows Update will do that. And you may not need to update anything if your device manager has no yellow exclamation marks. Go to start > run > devmgmt.msc to check, Here's mine, which is clean, which means its all just plus-signs next to the device list.
