As soon as it extracts the window disappears and then the window pops up saying "this program may not have installed incorrectly." It doesn't seem to have worked.

Found one for Graphics Driver. Try that

We've got the graphics drivers, I believe. Or is this one that should help get the wireless drivers working? At this point all I need are the wireless drivers up and running.

I think these are them: https://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=70&system=5 but I can't figure out how to install it. It downloads as a zip file and when extracted it just has a handful of files, none of which are .exes so I don't know what to do with them.

Your problem is there is no Wireless Device showing to Install the INF File to ...

Still you do have some Options ...


You could try removing the Card and Re-seating it ...


Or take the easy Option and get a USB Wireless Adapter they are really very cheap ...


In the absence of the right Chipset Driver you might never get the internal Wireless Card to work ...
