i m thinking to buy a new graphic card that surely have driver cd.
whats ur opinion.
Save you money and buy a new computer. That motherboard only has PCI slots and one AGP slot, and if you went for an AGP card you will start running into the same problem as the current onboard video and sound with regards to the AGP driver (not to be confused with the AGP card). At best the card would work with whatever AGP driver Windows installs as like the other things with no support, there is no update AGP driver for it.
Another thing to consider is that with the age of that computer anything you spend on a video card is likely to be as much or more than the entire computer is worth. That and unless you got a PCI card when you do get a new computer you won't be able to move it to the new computer.
