I can't see the picture, but it sounds like the error message from a corrupt copy of the installation DVD.

You might try creating a new copy, burning from the ISO at a relatively low speed (like 4X). If your burner can verify the burn (may take longer than the burn itself), that'd be a good idea.

Installing it from a USB key drive is an even better idea. 4GB flash drives are getting to be jellybeans here in the US (<$10), but that may not apply elsewhere.

What motherboard do you have? You need to fill out your system specs so we know what hardware you use. Without that information, we can't give you the help you need.

Instructions on how to do that are contained in my signature.

As Greg suggested earlier, select Removable.

Did you write the flash stick using Ultra ISO as given in tutorial? Do that before giving up on your BIOS.

Where did you get Win7? There is no 30 day trial.

From here i found this link on some theard of this forum.Flash is ok i tried it with qemu virtual pc works fine.

The link is for reinstalling Windows which came preinstalled on a PC or if one has lost their DVD for retail Win7 they already purchased. It is not a trial version - there is no trial version, just a 30 day grace period before it must be activated.
