I have a toshiba satellite l300d, when I updated to window 7 it deleted my reatltek 8187 network adapter I have the ethernet family one loaded but cant get the other one. any way cant connect to internet with wireless. have tried every site to get the right wireless lan driver but to no avail. I saw a post somewhere here that automatically installs the right drivers but cant find it. am new at this and really need help
If you can't find your driver here - Model Content Page, than I would suggest you contact Toshiba to see if they have Windows 7 drivers for that network adapter for your notebook.
A lot of people make the mistake of upgrading the OS on their notebook only to find out that some drivers are hard to find or aren't (yet?) available for Windows 7.
