Drives and Folders Won't Change

Plz help me ppl......and one more thing to make things clear enough...........i have followed all the steps correctly i believe........

1. I patched my system with Ultimate Theme Patcher.....all 3 files.....
2. I copied the files in theme folder in windows......by the way i m using Win7 X32 RTM.
3. Then i replaced all the 3 system files.....explorer, explorerframe and shell33 with the help of the procedure provided in here......used Take_Ownership, and got all permissions and then replaced all three files.....but still i can't get what i see from other ppl here.....their explorer is fully customized....even the theme i used....Dynamic black by DjabyTown.......here is the link.......

Not sure how with that method, but here's an alternative way of changing drive icons below. You might also check to see if the issue in the yellow TIP box at the top of the link below may be related as well.

well thnx for ur answer.....but i don't think ppl edit their registry for each and every drive and all personal folders and stuff......and ofcourse....those images or icons are not even provided in the theme.........

I really dont know......those icons appear with theme only or everyone just add them by themselves.....thnx

plz guyz help me this out......is there really no way to get all icons and images in explorer, control panel and folders without manually setting them one by one.....the method recommended by Brink just above.....but i guess there should be some other way......thnx
