Drop Down Command Terminal

Does anyone know if there is a windows version yakuake, the drop down terminal for linux. Take a look at this pic.

I saw this one tutorial that looked alright

. I know nothing about windows hotkeys so its pretty hard for me to use. Any suggestions?

Ok, I didn't see it thanks. But I still would like more info on hotkeys. The internet is kind of shit for very basic info, does anyone know where you could find books, pdf's etc. Thanks for the reply.
